I had an incredible experience working with Pending Media. The booking process was super smooth/easy, communication was great, turnaround was quick, and everything felt like a well oiled machine from start to finish. Because of how strong the media turned out — twilight photos, drone images, 3D tour, and clean 2D floor plans — I had 5 showings on DAY 1, 3 offers by the end of the day (all over list price) and was under contract within 24hrs. Presentation drives demand, and this team absolutely delivered. I could not recommend them more. Thank you so much!!!

I’ve used James’ services several times now and although I’ve strayed off to “try” other companies… I find myself preferring his work still. My clients are always so happy with the finished product and the cinematic videos are very catchy for social media. I also love that he/his team is available over many cities. I have an office in Frankfort and Simpsonville and they’ve been a go-to for both. Highly recommend!
