I had a wonderful experience at peoples jewellers, thanks to Naureen. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with throughout my visit. I would recommend her and this store to my family and friends, and I look forward to going back again.

I visited the store and inquired about installment plan options and was initially told that no such options were available. However, there was clearly displayed signage in the store stating that 0% financing was available. Only after I pointed this out did the sales associate acknowledge and explain the financing option. This information should have been proactively shared during my initial inquiry. Overall, the experience reflected poor customer service and a lack of transparency.

The store has a beautiful decor and looked really promising at first, but the service was quite disappointing. When we entered, no one seemed interested in assisting us even though it wasn’t busy. I asked one staff member for the price of an earring, and she refused to help, saying she was waiting for another customer — without even redirecting me to someone else. Thankfully, another representative later helped us and was very kind, but overall, it wasn’t a great experience. Not sure I’d visit again.

The lady helping my daughter was so nice and patient. Charms wouldn't give a 5 buck discount so she bought more expensive ones here because the lady working was nicer (plus we were offered a discount). This is what sales is all about, being nice. Making a customer feel special. Well done! The ear rings were more (plus nicer of course) but the memory was priceless.

The staff are all excellent, great and helpful. I bought a ring here for my husband back in May. We had it resized in June. It didn’t pass inspection so they sent it back for repairs a second time. We just got it back and it looks like a completely different ring. I’m not sure how it passed inspection a second time given that all the gold from the sides are taken off. They have reordered the ring in the correct size for us. I haven’t gotten a confirmation email or anything so I’m not sure if that’s actually happening. I think the store and employees are great. However, they should collaborate with a new repair store. I’ve googled the repair store they use and there’s not one good review.
