Absolutely horrible customer service I pre-ordered a sugar-free Pumpkin cheesecake it’s the day before Thanksgiving right now. I just got back from their location to pick it up. They sold it to someone else if you order anything they can just sell it to someone else there’s no point in ordering horrible customer service not because of their attitude, but because of the fact that they don’t care if you pre-ordered, they’ll sell it to someone else
Drove 13 miles for two four inch pies as advertised on their website only to be told by the employee that they only have custard pies once in a while!! A full size custard pie was $18.00!!! Wow! Why have all the different flavors and sizes on your website but not available in the store?? Totally ridiculous! I didn't see any four inch pies at all! Do not go here for anything as you will be extremely let down, as we were! This place deserves to go out of business!! Fair warning!!

I tried a couple of mini pies from here and they were pretty good other than the whipped cream to filling ratio. The chocolate banana cream pie and coconut cream pies had so much whipped cream on them and hardly any filling. From what I could taste of the filling, it was pretty good.
Well what a place, really helpful staff, a pleasure to visit and my choice of pie, the German chocolate cream pie, was delicious but not overly sweet, the crust was delectable and moreish. I will definitely visit this place in the future. Update. Being a newcomer to these shores, I had the delight to sample this company's mince pie, and oh my goodness it screams Christmas 🎄. The shortcrust pastry was buttery and tasty, the mincemeat filling was generous, tangy and full of warming fruit, it is delicious in all its elements. Thank you for making my first visit here so amazing...
