Planet Fitness en Anchorage (670 E Northern Lights Blvd) ofrece un gimnasio limpio y espacioso con una zona de spa y opciones de bronceado. Savannah at the midtown location is the best!!! She was so helpful and sweet … I was injured for a bit and felt insecure to come back but she made me feel so comfortable today and her hospitality was amazingl come see SAVANNAH and sign up today!!! Let’s get fit!!! N stay healthy!!! 🤗
Why do they make it so confusing and difficult? we made a membership in person and they told us "no we don't give out cards with the sign in barcodes anymore" and when i called to help sign in on my phone, they said we didn't exist after i paid 25 dollars. i dont understand, we payed 25, and now they took the money and ran.
Currently cancelling my membership because their manager Sheri doesn’t know how to speak to people and specifically SAMANTHA HANSON their REGIONAL MANAGER has no regard for human beings so good luck canceling anything, finding a clean location, or asking for basic customer service.
Do not go to this one during 5:00. Or before work because this one gets absolutely packed and the Eagle River one has more equipment. The machines are incredibly close and you can smell people right next to you. I understand everyone's got to smell but it doesn't mean I need to be 6 inches from someone's armpit her foot
This might be my favorite Planet Fitness I've been to! First time going in today. It's clean, spacious, not busy, equipment not shut down, proper signage on the spa room machines and none of the bs they've been adding/taking away at new Planet Fitnesses (like in LA, they're removing the stretching equipment and replacing the stretch mats with paper thin child sized ones, and their TBE machines have false signage, and adding whacky things like TV screens right in front of your face on the ellipticals - I can't work out like that...and they're busy). Other ones I've been to are in Fairbanks and Ohio where they're fine but I think I am going to really like this one! They even have newer row machines with an easier clip tightener to secure your feet with a couple more options on the screen. Reception desk was nice :)
