Many items I send in for repair come back and fail as soon as inserted into the system they came from. Horrible quality control. It doesn't appear that ANY repairs were made.
Went to Precision for Expert help on a small electronic issue / repair. They turnaround the work exactly as I requested sooner than expected. Very professional and easy to work with and Highly Recommended.

This is a fantastic business with kind/caring people on staff. I recently had a close-by lightning strike that fried several small electronic components in my house. My insurance company required that I get each component professionally evaluated for my claim. Who can do that these days? Consumer electronics are now really disposable commodities. While this wasn't quite what Precision ERS does, I explained my situation and they decided to help me out. They didn't have to, but did so anyway. That's a sign of a great company. They did all the evaluations, filled out the necessary insurance paperwork, and got me on my way. They also charged me much less than what Geek Squad quoted. Many thanks to Mike and his staff for helping me out. BTW, my daughter is a certified industrial solderer. Do you have any openings? I'd love for her to work for a great business like yours!
Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I own a business and was in a jam with one of my electrical boards. Susan and the team to the rescue! I definitely recommend them. Leaders when it comes to service. Best of Tampa Bay for sure!
