Absolutely a great experience, purchased our first couch n love seat. They had the color we wanted and at a great price. Luis was very helpful in welcoming. Kay gave us a price we couldn’t refuse with additional options as in delivery and warranty. Great experience thank you guys
Found this store on Google searching for rugs, and left with two beautiful 8x10 rugs and three perfect barstools. Cole helped me with an amazing deal and is very kind and knowledgeable, and Muhammed helped us to get everything squared away into the suv. Superb customer service skills! They both went above and beyond.
This was my first visit to the outlet, and I was warmly welcomed by Modar. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, guiding me to find the perfect sectional sofa after some searching. Our initial conversation on his Facebook page set a positive tone, and overall, the experience was fantastic
My wife and I walked in here looking for a Sofa and potentially a dining room table for our growing family. Once we entered the building we were politely greeted by Noor (a sales lead). We spoke about what we were looking for and then Noor let us browse the store independently. Once we found a few items and had some questions he came back to assist how we needed. Noor was even able to tell us the differences between similar products and suggest furniture we may be interested in. They had a special deal going on for various sizes of carpets. He found out I was an Eagles fan and found a Green and black rug that was perfect for my office. All in all it was a successful visit and we walked away with a few well needed items at a great price. We couldn’t have done it without you Noor! Thank you so much. I’m sure everyone else is great at their job there. However, if you have a chance to work with Noor. That’s my move. 🙂. I would shop there again.
Zayn was our sales rep and he was awesome. We told him exactly what we needed and he helped us furnish an entire 2 bedroom condo in one hour. It was fast and efficient and affordable. Thank you!
