Stephen and crew are always great. Fast to get out, fast to fix any issues and what I appreciate most is the honesty- they will shoot it to you straight and work around your preferences regarding repairs/replacement. Highly recommend.
Very professional, efficient and trustworthy. We were previously told by another HVAC company that both of our heating and cooling units needed to be replaced. Premier Comfort gave us a free second opinion and discovered that we didn't need new units. We only needed a part replaced for the furnace. The part was ordered and the job was completed quickly and efficiently! Thanks again!
I have had a problem contacting Oremiere Heating and Cooling and this surprises me after all the excellent service I received in th the past. They notify me everyday that my monthly maintenance agreement payment was declined. It is because I had to get a debit card. I updated the payment information a week ago. They have not tried to run it on my new card, they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to voice mails, emails or text messages and no one answers the phone. I just get the same message everytime I call. They are either on the phone with someone else or it is after hours. What if I needed service and have been paying for a maintenance agreement? I would be in a pickle. I am surprised and distressed as we always pay our bills.
Premier Comfort was able to respond same-day. Cade and his supervisor were able to configure my communicating ComfortNet thermostat with the new system board that had been installed in my furnace in about 4 - 6 hours. The furnace now runs, seemingly, better than before. I will continue using using Premier Comfort for all scheduled preventative maintenance for my Amana HAC system. Curtis
