I have a 10 lb dog, who acts like a 150 lb Rotti. I don't know how they do it, but they do. My Bella is a Havachu mix & is terrified of the bath & the sound of clippers. Some how they're able to groom Bella without any problems. They're kind & gentle with the experience of "how to handle" her! Bella looks absolutely adorable when we leave there. Great prices for what they have to do.

I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE SCORE IF I COULD! DID NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING. I’m heartbroken after bringing my long-haired cat here. I showed clear photos and explained I only wanted her coat lightly trimmed to clean up sparse hairs, not shaved. My cat was not matted (I brush her regularly), and I wanted a proper sanitary clean, but even that was done uneven - the back area was left untrimmed while the ventral front was cut too short. The groomer, who didn’t speak much English, used clippers with a “long guard,” ran it down my cat’s back, and said it would only take a little off. It looked fine at first, I still showed her pics of what I didn’t t want to clarify in case it would look like that and she assured me it won’t. But when I picked her up, her beautiful coat was unevenly shaved, her tail looked rough and matted, she didn’t smell good and was shedding was too much. They just dried her and handed her to me unbrushed. There was absolutely no reason for such a drastic cut, and my clear instructions were ignored. Please be cautious bringing your pets here, especially long-haired cats.

Very nice people. They really care. This was my long haird cats first grooming and he was NOT happy. The groomer worked so well with him and talked with me after about how he did and what she learned about him, and how to make his next experience even better. He came home smelling and looking wonderful!

Our boy Frankie is an anxious but friendly boy, Protective of his dads. The team at premier was very patient in getting him used to a new grooming salon in a new state, since we just moved. (Only his second grooming place since we adopted him 3 years ago). They made sure he was comfortable and less stressed. Bonus points that Mari texted me pictures of sample dog face cuts to align with what we wanted! I highly recommend the team at Premier!
