We had a wonderful experience purchasing a couch at Premium Décor. Luis provided assistance, communication and service beyond our expectations. His ability to customize not only fabric, but length, width, height and firmness of couches, resulted in getting just the right couch. We highly recommend visiting Luis when shopping for furniture.
Had a great experience here shopping for a couch and Luis was amazing. He was very helpful and flexible in customizing the couch for exactly what I wanted. The couch was delayed a bit due to a custom fabric that was held up, but Luis and the delivery crew were kind enough to give me a loaner until it was ready, even with the challenge of trying to get it over the balcony at my apartment. Overall would highly recommend Premium Decor for quality furniture and just a great vibe.

Luis is the man! We recently bought our first home and Luis helped guide us through the daunting task of balancing finding new furniture with an eye on what fit our (depleting but manageable) budget. Here is why you should consider buying your future furniture with Luis: - easygoing, communicative and not pushy at all. Made recommendations but understood our budget constraints - stopped by our place (per our request) to assess the layout and gave us specific tips on decorating and furniture placement (L shape vs larger sectional etc) - items were brand new and come with lifetime warranty - priced competitively with quality in mind (cushions on couch super comfy; headboard and bed frame very sturdy and custom tailored to our lifted bed) - delivery was super simple and arrived on time Thank you Luis you have a pleasure to work with!
