Great experience at this clinic! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The provider took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care
On January 4th 2026 I went to the center because 3 things. 1st, that's where I have been receiving all medical treatments since I've been traveling through New England for work; 2nd) I was having a Hypertensive crisis triggered by acute pain; and 3rd) I had an additional crises all needed immediate medical attention. I was not given the opportunity to have my health crises addressed because of a decision made by a worker at the front desk who seemed to be miserable. With her limitations as to medical or nursing diagnosis she made a strong decision on the premise of "feelings" to sign me out, refund my payments proof of denying me medical care while in my crises states. The HCP on duty endorsed that decision by clearly stating, "We all have things to do in our lives...and we want to go home" when I prompted her to reason with some intelligence and avoid the pitfall that was placed infront of her. She clearly stated, "I will have to agree with my staff; I cannot give you service. " when I asked if that was her final decision she said, "Yes. And this is a private practice. " Talk about health disparities, unethical practices in Healthcare, and discrimination. I left with my crises and the strongest dose of disbelief that I was actually experiencing the very thing we as healthcare workers pledge to identify and work to eliminate such biased. I ended up in the ER via EMS with a blood pressure 213/138 with pain level 10/10.
45 minutes i waited until i got called for them to check my weight, temperature blood pressure etc. After that i was brought to one of the rooms. Waited about 15-20 minutes for the doctor to come in and i believe his name was Dr. Angelo Carpethos. I believe total time was about 2 hours tops? Had about 3-4 guys ahead of me. Great timing. Now lets get to the real reason why this visit was 5/5 stars to me. The women greeted me when i came in, were very nice and professional. The woman who called me to check me into one of the rooms was great and professional. Once the Dr ( i believe his name is Dr. Angelo Carpethos ) came into the room, greeted me, knew i was suffering from what we ended up testing afterwards was the flu, dealt with it for 2-3 weeks and it was taking a toll on my body and i was just getting weak. He made i was dealing with, personal to him and wanted to make sure that i was going to get taken care of. He in fact did exactly what he said he would do. Extremely nice and professional. Listened word for word what i had to say. Everyone in the office is great there. Dr. Carpethos, if you end up reading this, thanks for your help. After 2-3 weeks of OTC medication not helping, and now being on Day 2 of what you prescribed to me, what a huge difference. Thank you all for your help. Will definitely recommend this walk in to my co workers, friends & family. Will definitely come back in the future.
If you haven't met your deductible, it's $237 just to walk in the door (120 up front). DO NOT GO HERE. I really regret walking into this clinic. Go to Planned Parenthood or the CVS Minute Clinic, if you can and you don't have a doctor. At least the people there will talk to you about your coverage and what you should and shouldn't do. The doctors (and the front desk) at this clinic will brush you off if you ask about it. They will charge your credit card and take a long time to diagnose something very simple. Then, they will ask you to make follow-up appointments, which you will have labs for. Very careful not to do anything actually illegal, but whoever owns this business is not interested in helping people.
PRIMARY URGENT Care NOT SO URGENT Well if you ned an xray with results dont hold your breath because you'll only suffocate! The time in the doctor's office was fast and efficient, the doctor was great and listened well. They do not have x-ray access, had to go down the road to get an x-ray. The x-ray technician said that the results are quick and fast. Apparently from the time it gets from his hands to primary urgent Care you can die waiting. I'm on my third day waiting for results from my x-ray, I called they said not yet and hung up. Meanwhile I bleed internally waiting for my results. Thanks for nothing.RIP
