There was an availability for my service earlier than planned because there was another cancellation. That worked out well for me. The specialist was a fairly large man, which isn't very conducive to climbing around small crawlspaces. He also didn't seem very familiar with the operation of my dehumidifiers and would have skipped checking the second unit if I hadn't shown him the other access panel on the back of the house. But he was very friendly and courteous!
