My parents called pro roofing solutions for some storm damage to their home. Eddie was very accommodating for them and super friendly. My parents have a tough time hearing over the phone so he put them at ease when he helped them make necessary calls to their insurance company. He was patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We very much appreciated the transparency when going over the entire process. Thanks for making my job a little easier Eddie!

Their (Eddie’s) communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire job, and they were extremely helpful in guiding us through the insurance claim process. The roof and gutter replacement work was completed in a timely manner, the quality was outstanding, and the site was left clean at the end of each day. Eddie came out to inspect our roof and was incredibly thorough and honest. He pointed out that while the roof is showing its age, it’s still in good enough condition and doesn’t need to be replaced just yet, which we really appreciated. He also sealed up a small area where we had a minor leak, taking care of it on the spot. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Highly recommend Eddie for any roofing inspection or repair!
