Proactive painted the exterior wood on my house in Menlo Park -- windows, doors, eaves, garage door. Their prep work was absolutely outstanding, as was their precision in spray painting, cleanup, response to my requests, and attention to customer satisfaction. Proactive have built a worthy business and brand, and for me going forward they will be my go-to company for painting.
Hired Proactive for a complete, 9 room, interior painting job. Had a very good overall experience. Work was performed on time, was very good quality, and for a reasonable, competitive price. Ray (the CEO) was helpful at all times and showed flexibility and helpfulness when there were change orders or extra work. I'd definitely hire this company again.
Raymond and his team did an excellent job of exterior painting. They started work on time and finished everything within the time line specified in the contract. They also took care of some inside work outside the contract and did this for free. We are very happy with their work and will use their services again if a need arises
I worked with Ray at Proactive Painting on a commercial project for color consultation and 3D renderings and he was very professional and easy to work with. We collaborated with both the client and SW Rep and project turned out great! Ray is responsive, professional, and a team player who provides high quality results and is knowledgeable in his field. We contracted Proactive Painting to do an interior and new door paint as well baseboards installation. They were very professional and you can noticed they care about what they do. Ray was very easy to work with, and always willing to work with us in last minute changes and addressing details we care about. As wether is clearing up, we are looking forward to do the exterior painting. We are very happy with the work done and highly recommend their services!
