Unprofessional experience with dispatcher Betty I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience on Thursday around 4 p.m. deserves attention. When I called to clarify that the pickup address I provided was correct but located upstairs, I politely asked if the driver could call when nearby since the site is closed and I’d need to open the door. The dispatcher, Betty, was very rude in her response. She first claimed that my phone number didn’t match any pickup order, but when I repeated the address, she suddenly found it — then confirmed the exact same number she had just said wasn’t listed. About 30 minutes later, she called back, clearly upset, saying the driver went to the wrong location. When I reminded her that I had called earlier to avoid exactly this problem, she argued that I “never said that.” Her tone throughout the conversation was dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she said, “Betty, you have a good day,” in a very sarcastic tone before hanging up. For the record, the other dispatcher, Robyn, was great, and driver Brian was fantastic — very polite and helpful. The issue was only with Betty’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Please review the recorded call, as this happened on Thursday’s pickup around 4 p.m., and I doubt I’m the only one who’s had this kind of experience.
Diandre and Brian packed up my friend’s apartment which contained lots of artwork including 3D shapes. They were AMAZING—kind, understanding, patient, and SO terrific at what they did! They packed everything carefully and securely, and worked together to do the job in record time! We were so impressed and grateful to them for working around us as my friend was trying to finish up and make last minute decisions. We absolutely loved them and their efficiency and professionalism was remarkable!!
They fit me in last minute, responded quickly, and kept clear, consistent communication throughout. The price was more than fair, way better than any other quote I got in town. And it wasn’t even close. Rudy, Santiago, and Jair were professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. They packed every single item with so much care, better than I would’ve done myself. I truly can’t say enough good things about them. I had to move an entire house on short notice, in just two days, before the cleaners arrived, and they made it happen, stress-free. Just an all-around great experience. I’m so grateful.
The deliverers were amazing. Friendly, professional, and caring. They had to carry our new kitchen cabinets up our driveway (too steep for a box truck), up stairs to our deck, then into our kitchen. They took 40 minutes to carry over 1000lbs of boxes and did so with care. Give these guys a bonus!
