Highly recommend this place to start have a fun night out with family and friends. For happy hours 4 hours we paid $320!

Great facility and ambience; we enjoyed the birthday party with 08 persons in the room; Front Desk person can be bit more friendly & communicative; She was bit annoyed for asking her to repeat & at the end she was very eager to get us out of the location; ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Interestingly we were early for the appointment at 5.30pm & their location was closed. Hence I waited outside with my daughter & her friends. Exactly 5.20pm, the front desk lady came, opened the facility & went in. But she never asked us to come inside even though it was raining out. As soon I seen the OPEN light ON, we went inside. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Though we got 50% OFF for HAPPY HOUR on Room Rent (for 2hrs), I was surprised to see 15% flat service on the entire amount of 2hrs. This service fee is bit steep. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Overall it is a good facility & great location to visit. Bit of customer centric training required for the staff.
I had such a fun time at this karaoke spot! 🎤 The song selection was huge, with everything from classics to the latest hits. The sound system was crystal clear, and the private rooms made it easy to sing our hearts out without feeling shy. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the prices were really reasonable for the quality and experience. Perfect for a night out with friends—I can’t wait to go back!
My friends and I had a great time at this karaoke place! A large selection of songs and you can also use YouTube. The attendant explained everything very clearly and concisely beforehand, which I appreciate since many places have us figure it out on our own. Free drink if you give 5/5 review. Seats were comfortable. I do think prices were a bit more than other karaoke places but not by a significant margin.
