Great experience. The room was clever and had some unique features. We did the Spell Breakers room and the interactivity was unlike any other escape room we've done. Our group was 2 adults and two kids under 14.
Really really really fun! My family and I played Malediction. Our game master, Derek, was really funny and helpful. He gave us hints in the best ways and his acting was spot on! We were immersed the whole time. Highly recommend!
Had my little girl's birthday party here. It was a hit and they all had so much fun! Her friends were telling her "best birthday party, ever!", which she loved. The staff were all so nice, helpful, and patient with 8 screaming 8 year old kids! Thank you all! I'll be back with adult friends to check out some of the other rooms.
My fiance and I have done over 130 escape rooms and we did the Da Vinci room. We understood that it is a challenging room. We have escaped a 5% success rate room before and prefer more challenging rooms. The decor is beautiful but some of the puzzles were very disappointing. We asked for hints and had to wait minutes to get a response. So we sat there. We were stuck on a puzzle for 20+ mins and kept asking for help but the hints did not help at all. We ended up solving it somehow and the next puzzle was the same exact situation. The music is also very loud and the accent the game master did was a bit hard to understand. But, we did appreciate that he was in character and immersed us into the experience. We didn’t escape and the game master came in and put us on the spot and said will you be back? We had a moment of silence and he responded “Wow, don’t all respond at once never mind then.” He then proceeded to explain that an employee had left early and left them short staffed and that they were letting in a lot of walk-ins… I think your main focus should be the customers that booked in advance and are currently in your room instead of focusing on getting in walk-in’s and maximizing $$$. The whole experience is based on time. The game masters should be considerate of that. There was another employee that kept complaining in the front and said she didn’t get paid enough for this. Our game master after a bad experience told us the many many ways we can tip him and didn’t read the room very well.
Derek was a great host, very helpful and just the right amount we needed…. Did the Davinci room with our kids (10,9) and was very challenging, but super fun. We didn’t finish the quest but our group was small and we had young ones. Very cool how the room plays out! Appreciate the great time!
