I have used Quick Jewelry Repair twice and it has been a great experience. There were no issues with the first order and it was quickly and expertly done. I had some minor issues with the second order but I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful. The problem was fixed and my repair was done quickly and flawlessly. I trust them to care for my jewelry and fix it right. Highly recommended!

I’ll try to keep it short. They gold plated my watch promised a daily wearable watch. At first glance it looked good out the box. After I wore it once for a couple hours to a dinner and further inspection this is what it looked like. I contacted the company, they offered to assess it but only to cover shipping with $100 insurance. I asked for them to remove the gold plating and this would cost $150. I opened a case for a chargeback for refund but lost. Pay with Amex to protect yourself. I didn’t. Check the pics and the owners reply. It shows what a piece of work he is. May he lose much more in future business than he gained from me. Bring your business elsewhere. Don’t let them take your money.

I bought a stainless steel bracelet from The Hero Company and it was too large for my wrist. I took it to a local jeweler to have it resized and learned that retail jewelry stores don’t work on stainless steel because it takes much more heat than precious metals. I searched online and found Quick Jewelry Repairs and the reviews were very good so I decided to send my bracelet to them. The work order process is clear and detailed and produces a FedEx shipping label at the end with packing instructions. Receipt of my order was acknowledged in 2 days. A week later I got an email that the work was completed and my bracelet was being sent back to me. It arrived in 2 days and the workmanship was excellent. It is impossible to tell that the bracelet was originally made this size. Because of the stainless steel and the cuban style chain and its thickness, it was at the high end of pricing, but I am sure I would have paid at least as much if a jewelry store were able to have done the work. I’m very glad I found Quick Jewelry Repairs And highly recommend them.

I was very nervous sending my engagement ring and wedding band in the mail but it was a great choice! They were quick, easy to get a hold of and my pieces are just like when I first got them:) I have a platinum set that I got plated in yellow gold but wanted it professionally removed and polished to its original form.
