Excellent service and high-quality repair work. They also did a great job with the detailing — my car looked brand new. Clear communication and very accommodating with last-minute requests. Highly recommend.
Absolutely the best auto body shop experience I’ve ever had! When I crashed my car late at night, I called Nagy (the owner of Radius Auto Body) at 3 AM — and to my surprise, he actually answered. He told me to bring the car straight to his shop and even let me park it there safely that same night. Nagy went way above and beyond. He personally helped me figure out the whole insurance process, showed me exactly what to do to get the most out of my claim, and even helped me save a ton of money. While I was without a car, he rented me one at a super affordable rate — much cheaper than the big rental companies — and let me keep it for as long as I needed until I got my new ride. It’s rare to find someone this genuine and helpful in the auto world. Nagy truly cares about his customers and goes out of his way to help. I’m beyond grateful for everything he did — I’m now back on the road and couldn’t be happier. If you ever need honest, reliable, and above-and-beyond service, Radius Auto Body is the place to go!
Radius auto just completed my vehicle and I could not be happier with the outcome and the service! I got into a minor accident at 5p on a Friday, no other shop was open, but Radius auto was. Nagy answered my call and provided me with a thorough estimate within 30 minutes. He managed the discussions with the insurance adjusters to ensure my car was fully repaired with my safety in mind. And now it looks like the accident never happened. I could not recommend them more highly.
Nagy and his son gave me truly the most thoughtful experience I could have. He immediately helped assure my car would get fixed after a stressful situation, and even went beyond his work to help me put a camper back on my car for the following weekend. They were both so kind and provided thorough communication through the process as well.
I left my car for 2 hours and even gave them the keys. When I came back, they hadn’t even touched it. A rookie mechanic scanned it and said the sensor was bad. They ordered a new one, said it would arrive in an hour. I ended up waiting 3 hours. The boss made a mistake and ordered only one sensor instead of two, then marked up each sensor by $50. They replaced one sensor, but the check engine light was still on. The mechanic lied, saying the issue was fixed, but it wasn’t. Then he claimed I needed an oil change to fix the engine light — ridiculous and dishonest. In total, I wasted 8 hours and paid $320 for nothing. Stay far away from this place — completely unprofessional. Never again.
