Awesome experience! Car wouldn’t start and no idea what the issue was. Gio literally arrived six minutes, identified and fixed in less than 15 at an amazing price. Could not be more satisfied with service and affordability - 10/10!

My Volvo SUV had been intermittently starting and finally one Sunday it just stopped completely. Reached out to Gio and Westside Mobile with description of the issues. He came first thing Monday morning to help diagnose the issue - battery & starter. He installed the new battery on Monday and had the new starter in hand Monday night. Completed the Starter replacement in a couple hours first thing Tuesday. Everything has been working great since. The pricing for everything was more than fair as I called my normal shop to compare + some online research. Highly recommend giving Gio a call if you're having issues as he was very communicative and really easy to work with. The convenience of having him come to your house cannot be beat.
I can’t thank Gio enough. I called Gio at 7pm On sunday right after AAA left me stranded saying that my battery was fine and there was a more serious issue with an Alternator. Gio asked question about my car and tood over the phone that most likely it was the battery issue. I called AAA AGAIN and asked them to send someone out to replace my battery. They put in a request but then cancelled it. I had no choice but to tow my car home. Gio came first thing in the morning on Monday and replaces my battery. He tested the alternator and it was fine. I wasted 5 hours on AAA when all of it could have been avoided if I called Gio Thank you Gio for your Competence, Reliability and Honesty!
Gio’s service for me was legit 10/10. I slept in late and missed texting him bc we were planning on 10am, he was polite and got there around 2pm to fix my battery after a AAA guy misdiagnosed me AND he also used technological/locksmithing abilities to resynchronize a new “indie” key set with the ones that came with the car to get it working, because sometimes Toyota would lock you out through the car computer so you have to go to the dealership and pay $$$. I will definitely be using Gio for any future issues I have and be recommending him to friends/family. (Yes this is a legit, not paid-for review haha). Thanks brother, keep grinding!
