If you have a great imagination or no imagination at all, this place is for you. You might find the perfect gift (for someone else or yourself) you've been thinking about or be inspired with ideas! Nice quality items at fair prices. Lots of Wisconsin and "lake life" items, from decor to the outdoor clothing you want when sitting around a fire pit or at a football game. Somehow, amidst it all, they have Pandora, E Newton, Vera Bradley and other popular lifestyle brands. On this visit in November, they also just finished setting up an absolute holiday bonanza with a staggering variety of unique ornaments. I recommend reviewing their website. They seem to have a good selection, almost an abundance, of all the items listed there. If you see it on the website, chances are good that you will see it if you enter the store. Free public parking and a second entrance to the store, accessed from the alley behind Kwik Trip.
I was here several months ago and had not been here since last fall and was surprised at how changed it had become. I've spent alot of money on their unique stems and home decor but now it's become mainly a small boutique, selling clothing and candles along with different brands of jewelry. The owner does follow you around making you feel uncomfortable and so does the help. I ended up finding something in stems and flowers but not like I used to. There are plenty of stores around that sell what I'm looking for and I don't mind spending the money where I'm appreciated. It's to bad this store is not like it was when it first opened. I don't expect I'll be back anytime soon.
Will never go back. Stopped in to shop with a friend. We were in for the first time so wandered around to see what was offered. The staff is all over you as people have said… we could not just browse and have our own conversation. I wanted a sweatshirt, so a woman kept it at the counter for me. My friend said not to buy it or give them my money as they were on us like white on rice! It is unfortunate they have to assume everyone wants to steal something. We both had small crossbody purses on and would never think of such a thing. I was looking at two colors and they ran big so i was just holding it up to see and a salesperson was right on top of me.. Not sure where I even could have put it with my tank dress on. It is a sad world we live in but really could not wait to get out of there…would still never go back. Bought/paid for my sweatshirt and done. Go to Baraboo or Sun Prairie and shop. We were treated so nicely and just browsed… and I bought and spent more.
I feel lucky to have this locally owned store in our town. My out of town guests always request a visit and I find myself popping in regularly for gifts. I appreciate their thoughtful suggestions when I ask for help. They recently added a greater variety of items, which means I’m in there more! And the sweatshirts are SO soft!
