The staff is horrible, we walked in and didn’t get greeted then a white man walked in behind me and immediately got greeted. Their was a short heavier set white lady with blonde hair and we needed a fitting room and prior to that we ask an employee where the fitting room was and he pointed in the back corner near the restrooms. We hit the button to get assistance to unlock a fitting room. The lady opened it and made a comment saying “just a heads up for future reference there’s a fitting room by the women’s clothing” and she said it in a disgusting tone. It doesn't matter which fitting room we use because it isn’t labeled men or women’s fitting room. The lady seems like she didn’t want to service us. Not appreciated at all, and we still spent our money here.

Stopped here last night to pick up some bike parts and to look at re-sale items. I chatted for a while with Jordan at the bike shop and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! I’ve had some shifting problems and he knew exactly what I was describing based on my Sora drivetrain.

Awesome REI store in Fort Worth. Not the biggest store in the DFW area so there is few limited selections. Great biking services. Staff very thorough and helpful on finding thr right bicycle pedals and shoes. Also there was descent selection of North Face, Arc'teryx, REI brands, Mountain Hard Wear, Smartwool, Patagonia, Kuhl, Columbia, and Vuori. Small selection of Cotopaxi. Solid selection of real waterproof rain jackets and t-shirts.

My customer service experience was the best I have ever experienced in my life. Tristan was my first helper, and tried on about 7 different shoes with him and decided to check out another store. (That ended horribly) so we came back. Derek was then helping me and I tried on some more shoes and ended up with some hiking boots and some everyday walking shoes that are beyond comfortable and honestly life changing. Getting shoes was an awesome experience. Then when I was checking out, Wyatt was phenomenal in helping us and all the questions we had. Everyone was so patient, kind and just overall friendly.

So we all know the advantages of being an REI Member...but I'd like to focus on their in-house bike shop, and the awesome Team that works within it! My wife has a Cannondale Tango 29, and it needed some TLC and service repairs, and as we walked up to the shop, Mark W greeted us with a big ole smile and you could immediately feel that he enjoyed his day job! "Score one for us" Mark took a quick once over of "the beast" invited my wife behind the counter and into their very busy shop (3 technicians), placed the 29er on the rack, and meticulously "talked shop" with my wife, discussed his recommendations with HER (loved that part), while I was released from "manhood liability"...so yeah, I wandered around and bought us some PEARL iZUMi shoes, accessories, and apparel... all of it @ 40% off! "Nothing but net" Anyway, Mark projected 4 days to complete the tune-up, and it was actually ready for pickup in 2 days! They texted, called, and Gmailed me to communicate this ✔️ How about that Karen? The maintenance agreement $ estimate was exactly to the dollar on our final cost, ✔️ and the bike feels... looks...and rides like a bad*** new beast again! Thank you Mark W and Issac C... We highly recommend their in-house bike shop, with their very knowledgeable Team!
