We had a great experience with Reliance recently and would highly recommend them! Our furnace died on us on one of the coldest days of winter. A technician came the same day we called and quickly told us what the issue is. We decided to get a new furnace because ours was really old. The advisor, Charlie Chao walked us through all the options and got us an amazing deal for a furnace / AC (which was also old and needed to be replaced) / tankless water heater / thermostat and humidifier. The whole installation team was amazing as well and worked both outside and inside until the evening to ensure we had heat and hot water back.
Sam Dalelio is always ready to help and give you the best Reliance has to offer. I have known him for almost 10 years, ever since I started using Reliance for my air con and heating. His service is always top notch, fast and reliable. You are in very good hands if you are lucky to work with him, we need more people like him. When you are in need Sam is there for you. I recommend him and Reliance from the bottom of my hart.
My very old furnace broke down while Toronto was experiencing a bad snow storm. Regardless of the conditions an appointment was set up right away to decide on what options would work the best for me and my new equipment was installed then next day. Shout out to Charlie Chao who helped make this difficult time as smooth as possible. The installers were extremely hard working, they worked non stop, overcoming the challenges of removing very old equipment and installing the new equipment to code. A very satisfying experience and happy to be in my warm home now!

First, I would like to thank Tasnim, a customer service representative, for clearly and thoroughly explaining everything I needed to know. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Salma and her team for their prompt response and dedication, especially given the extremely poor weather conditions. Additionally, I would like to thank Bob and his assistant for professionally installing the new furnace, carefully checking all systems, and clearly explaining what we should monitor moving forward. I would also like to thank the team who installed our water filter. Your professionalism and hard work are truly appreciated. Thank you for ensuring our home remained warm during the snowstorm, which was especially important for our family with three young children. I highly recommend Reliance and will continue as a Reliance Comfort Home member.
I had a great experience with Mohsen, the plumber who visited my home yesterday to fix my plumbing issue. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend.
