The guy didnt even want to take my PC because I left the cpu fan at home. How do they not have a spare? It was $99 just to check it in. The was a dick and didnt tell me how long it would take. I came back and got my pc, took it to a different place and had it fixed the same day. This place blows.
Came in to possibly get a diagnose on a graphics card. Found it to be doa on the test bench. Staff was incredibly friendly and offered alternative stores for replacement. All free of charge. Thank you so much!
This place is awesome. Justin and his crew are experts at what they do. They saved my hard drive and all my pictures. They answered all my questions so I really understood what they did. If you want the best go see them at Reno computer fix.
My 2 year old laptop died unexpectedly and I was panicked. I am in online school and needed a replacement asap! Justin was on it! He found me a nice laptop right away that was in my budget, and him and Myles got it all set up for me so I could continue my schooling with little to no interruption. Since I am not very computer savvy I was very happy and grateful for their promptness, urgency, and knowledge! Their commitment to find me what I needed is so appreciated. I love the laptop I have now. Thank you SO much Justin and Myles! I will absolutely be back and tell all my friends about the awesome service I received there ☺️
