I called and left a message and got a response very quickly and they came out the same day. I've been using Richie's for over 10 years. All the employees are friendly and very respectful. You can't go wrong with Richie's. They do great work. I plan on continuing my relationship with this company.
Had three jobs done and they knocked each one out without a hitch. They snaked the tub drain in no time, swapped out the cracked toilet flange like pros, and fixed that annoying drip under the lavatory with a quick pull-and-reseal. Richie's crew was right on schedule, worked fast, and left everything spotless. Already planning to call them again-no question.

I rarely do these surveys, but making an exception for Richie's. They were professional, efficient, and personable too. A small project for them, but big for me. They did a more complicated project years ago and was pleased with that one too.
