We had a consultation with Surgi’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and met with Tory Sonnier, who was honestly such a pleasure to work with. He was very sweet, transparent, and took his time explaining everything thoroughly. Even though it didn’t work out for us getting a new unit, I truly appreciated how detailed and patient he was in explaining why their company would be a good option and how their systems are more efficient. What really stood out to me was when I showed him a quote from another company; instead of brushing it off, he took the time to explain the differences and why Surgi’s approach might be better long term. That level of professionalism and respect meant a lot. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to move forward due to financing. It seems their financing options don’t really cater to people in the 580 credit range or below, and financially that just didn’t work for us at this time. Because we truly need a unit and are willing and ready to make changes, we’ll have to look for a company that better fits our current financial situation. That said, Tory is a stand-up guy, and based on our experience, this company is very knowledgeable and transparent. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who fits their financing criteria.
Dave the technician is truly the best! He can even hoola hoop a new chandelier into the perfect space for your place. He is effecient professional & has a good wit while doing the job right!! He ain’t cheap but you can rest assured it’s done right!
No one wants to deal with buying a new unit and the stress it can cause. Jonathan and Justin made replacing my heating & AC unit an easy process. They were very professional and mindful of my home. They worked fast but left no details behind. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They cleaned up the workspace and made sure the unit was working as it should. It's not easy finding a company that not only do an excellent job but maintain a high working ethics. I also had some electrical issue that Eric was able find and received estimates to solve the problem. He was able to get my wall back online power wise so looking forward to fixing the other issues soon.
We received fantastic service from start to finish for the installation of our new tankless water heater with a water descaling device. Consultation and Professionalism (Robert Harrison) Robert was outstanding. He provided a thorough assessment of our old water heaters, clearly outlining various solutions and working with us directly on financing options. His professionalism was highly impressive—especially his attention to detail, such as wearing shoe covers inside our home. Though the price was higher than competitors, we ultimately chose Surgi (Southern Air) due to the level of professionalism, the impressive warranty, and the overall peace of mind they offered. The 0% financing was a welcome bonus that sealed the decision. Installation (Orlyn Alvarado and Team) The installation was handled quickly and efficiently by Orlyn, the technician, and a team of three. They arrived shortly after our agreement with multiple dedicated service vehicles and completed the entire, large-scale job within hours on the same day. Post-installation, Robert even returned to personally inspect the work and confirm everything was functioning correctly. We now have a fully functional tankless water heater that provides instant hot water in seconds. We highly recommend this company based on their comprehensive service, team efficiency, and professional attention to detail.
My wife and I recently had an awesome experience with Southern Air involving replacing our 3 ton ac. After receiving a very high bid from a competitor I called Southern and met with Jeremy to look over the other company’s bid and see what Southern could do. Jeremy was able to beat that bid by $6000 and get us a 2 stage while the other company only offered a single stage. The installation crew was very professional. They used drop clothes and vacuumed afterwards and treated my home as if it were their own. I appreciated them taking the time to show me how to used the touchscreen thermostat as well as the app on my phone. Thank you Roberto and Cesar!
