So much fun!! My mom and I attend this and learned so much. My fiancee and I are at the very beginning stages, so not quite ready to start booking things yet, but it was so helpful to meet with different vendors, hear their recommendations, and learn about some of their more nuanced offerings. I wish there was more diversity regarding venues. There were a lot of larger, more formal venues (mansions, golf clubs, wineries) and not as many smaller intimate places (other than Linden Row). Also wish the bag they gave us was bigger because I could barely fit anything else in mine towards the end.
Participating in the Richmond Weddings Winter Wedding Show as a vendor for the first time was an incredible experience. From start to finish, Amye and Scott were absolutely amazing, making sure vendors had all of the pertinent information we needed and being supportive both before and during the expo. Their organization, communication, and genuine care for the vendor experience truly stood out. It was such a pleasure connecting with so many future brides and couples, and we were thrilled to book consultations right at the show. The energy, excitement, and professionalism made this event not only enjoyable, but impactful for our business as well. I truly loved the experience and will definitely be signing up for the next show. Thank you again to the Richmond Weddings team for creating such a well-run and welcoming event for both vendors and couples alike.
We had an incredible experience for our first time as a vendor at the Richmond Weddings Show! Not only did we have a tremendous response to our Richmond-based small business, HoneyBloom Company, but the staff were so helpful and organized. This was our first time exhibiting with RVA Weddings, and Scott, Amy, and Rachael made it such a great experience from start to finish. Amye and Scott are absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a booth at their Richmond Weddings Winter Show for the first time this year. They were extremely responsive and supportive in the months leading up to the event, checking in with their vendors, sending out reminders, and lots of attention to detail. They do a great job of supporting vendors behind the scenes, but also on social media leading up to the event. The Wedding Show itself generated many connections with both other vendors and potential clients. Scott and Amye were there from start to finish making sure everything went smoothly with frequent check ins. We can't wait to continue working with them in the future!
