I was so incredibly rushed despite the fact I came in on time. I have never gotten my ears pierced before, and for reference, I am a minor. I came in having no idea what to expect and came out having no idea what had just happened. Nycole showed me the earrings I could get and rushed me into making a decision in under 3 minutes, not telling me anything about the price of the earrings or differences between them (besides the fact that round earrings were better to start off with because they decrease the chance of infections). As soon as I told her I was okay with an earring, even though I didn't get any of my questions answered about it because she was moving so fast, she immediately left me to go prepare. I had no idea what was happening. I was then informed the earring I was about to get was $240, which I didn't even want because I was rushed to make a decision. When she came back I got a different earring which I still didn't really like, but at least it was $100 cheaper. I then got my ears pierced which I have no issues with, but holy crap. That was such a miserable, terrible experience. I feel like I was not given enough information, and when I was, it was all too fast for me to understand. I wish I was walked through the process.
I got my first tattoo done with Jaime and he did an amazing job! It was my first tattoo and I was slightly nervous, but he did a great of explaining how it may feel and how to breathe through it and explained a lot of the steps along the way. He also added a little personal flair at my request to the design I shared with him and I loved that too. Cannot recommend enough, I’m getting my second one next week from him
Sophia did an awesome job piercing my daith! She made sure I was comfortable, liked the placement and kept checking that I was ok while piercing it. Highly recommend!
I got my septum pierced by Nycole, and she was amazing from start to finish! The vibe in the shop was chill but professional, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She answered every question I had (and I had plenty 😅) and gave clear, detailed aftercare instructions so I knew exactly how to take care of it. The piercing itself was quick, clean, and surprisingly easy. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, especially your septum, go see Nycole. She knows her stuff, has a gentle hand, and makes the whole experience stress-free. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for my next one! 💫
We had 2 kids ear piercing packages - for our 4 year old and 6 year old, and then an ear piercing for our 15 year old. We were worried the younger kids would be scared once we got there and not go through with it but Brittany and Sophie were outstanding!! They were SO gentle, SO kid friendly, and explained everything they were doing to our 2 littles. There wasn’t one tear shed and they left there SO happy!! We will never go anywhere else!
