RockBox Fitness is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! The energy here is unmatched, and the entire community—from the coaches to the members—makes it such a positive and uplifting space. Arty and Cella are my absolute favorite instructors; they push me to be better every class while keeping the workouts fun and motivating. The workouts are no joke—they’re intense, but in the best way possible. Every session challenges me, and I leave feeling stronger, more confident, and accomplished. The mix of kickboxing and functional training keeps things exciting, and I love that no two workouts are ever the same. What really sets RockBox apart is the atmosphere. Everyone here is so supportive, and the staff genuinely cares about your progress. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, they meet you where you’re at and help you level up. If you’re looking for a gym that pushes you, motivates you, and surrounds you with amazing people, this is the place!
Rockbox is one of those places that truly makes in impact in your everyday life. As a college student, I am constantly running around and struggle to find time to get a good workout in before the end of the day. The classes are fun, quick, and you leave feeling like you just got the best workout of your life. Rockbox is not just a place to come work out but it’s a community. I look forward to every class not just for the awesome workout but the amazing people that surround me. If you are looking for a sign to come and take a class, this is your sign!
Nothing but positive things to say about this place. Each coach brings a unique style and skill set, but all share a genuine interest in pushing each person to their best health and fitness. Amazing atmosphere to strength train as well as build friendships.
If you have ever considered trying kickboxing and also want to get a great workout then I highly recommend RockBox! After my first class I was hooked and loved the community vibe from all the staff and members. Samantha and Victoria were so welcoming from day 1 and Dylan and Cella are amazing motivational coaches that push me to challenge myself and refine my skills. The lighting and music are on point and they also do fun group events outside of the classes!
The BEST workout EVER! Kickboxing, boxing, and functional training all in one 50-minute class! It's engaging, explosive, energetic, motivating and ADDICTING! The trainers in PB are so inspirational and really encourage you to push yourself to the max! The Pacific Beach location is owned and run by the most amazing people who are also incredibly involved in the community. Get yourself in to try a class (first class is FREE) and I promise you, you'll be hooked instantly!
