My initial review was five stars because I was very satisfied with the service. However, I later discovered that I was given incorrect information about the financing. The technician told me there would be no interest for the first few months if I chose financing, so I decided to go that route. Because I trusted what I was told, I did not carefully review the contract before signing, which I acknowledge was my mistake. Unfortunately, there was interest, and I have been paying it. While I was extremely happy with the quality of the service, I am disappointed by the misinformation I received. I felt misled and manipulated. Had I known there would be interest, I would have paid in full from my savings instead. Due to this experience, I am updating my review.
Chase has been an AMAZING technician! He has been here the last 2 times for my checkups & has always been friendly, answers all of my questions & makes sure I understand everything he's doing and why! Prompt & courteous! Always a pleasure!

I've used Rolf Griffin for over 25 years. They do all my maintenance and I've purchased 2 furnace/ air conditioner combos. The technicians are always professional and considerate of cleanliness and don't leave the door open. Pricing is fair and they stand behind their products and installation. Any problem was fixed promptly without argument. I have and would recommend them. I don't recommend very many companies.
Raphael and David were kind, speedy, and informative. They had to come out on a Saturday night at 9 pm, and while I felt horrible they had to be at my home when they should be at their own, they were incredibly reassuring that I wasn’t a bother. “That’s what we’re here for,” they said. Thank you both so much for your help and genuine kindness. I would recommend Rolf Griffin over and over based on the service I’ve received in the last four years. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional.
