Kyle was amazing! He came in with great energy and was able to get the clog dealt with in 30 minutes. He was informative and made sure we knew every step of the process. I could not have asked for a better experience when calling a last minute plumber on a holiday!
Had an emergency blockage in our main sewer line. Called after hours and someone arrived in under an hour. Price quote was $570 for rooting out the line and unblocking... Kyle spent over 3 hours and they called out a remote camera fellow as well to inspect the line. Roots near the cleanout and a big blockage over 115' from the cleanout was also discovered and unblocked. Tremendous service, everything cleaned up and lots of great advice was given. First time users of Roto-Rooter and would use them again. Highly recommended and Kyle and Nick were the best!
The service was fantastic. Kyle is a really nice guy. He explained everything, took time to ask questions and even asked if we’d like him to take his shoes off before entering. Very friendly, and very efficient.
On New Year’s Day, we were hosting a bunch, when our basement toilet began to flood. It was flooding from the base of the toilet and the bathtub. Yikes. We called Roto Rooter and they were here within an hour. They were kind, compassionate to our situation and knowledgeable. Based on the presentation of the flood, Kyle was pretty confident that it was a clog in the main sewer line. He was prepared with a giant drain cleaning machine. He was quickly able to clear the immediate clog.
Scheduled an appointment for a clogged drain and was given an arrival window of 10am -11am on Monday. Beginning at 10:45am I began receiving text messages "This is Corrina from Roto Rooter. We are running behind schedule for your service call, but you are the next in line. We appreciate your patience, and I will text you when the technician is on the way." 3 hours and 7 text messages later I received a text that my technician was available and reply Y to confirm. I replied Y and received a text that a technician is on the way and would be arriving in 30 to 45 Minutes. 8 minutes Later I received a text from from Brittany "Hi this is Brittany from Roto Rooter we are running behind schedule for your service call, but you are the next in line. We appreciate your patience, and I will text you when the technician is on the way". I called to find out what was going on the operator told me no one had been sent and the dispatcher was unavailable. This franchise clearly needs to get themselves organized. I see other reviews with the same problem and I should have checked before calling. That said I reached out to a local plumber and have my repairs scheduled. I would strongly suggest others call a local plumber instead of roto rooter.
