I can't begin to describe how amazing this vet is. Dr. de Melo and Dr. Krnjevic took phenomenal care of my cat. Dr. Krnjevic stayed after hours to help explain my cat's condition, and explain all of our options. Sometimes, I wish that my cat could talk so I could know what she was feeling, but Royal Vet was able to offer the next best thing and helped me calm down. I am so happy to have switched to Royal Vet.

When I called to book an appointment the first time, you could already feel that warm, human approach, something I really appreciate, and sadly something many clinics lack. C'était ma 2iem visite chez Royal vet. From the moment you walk in,the staff goes above and beyond, welcoming, reassuring, and genuinely kind. Most importantly, my dog feels safe there, which says everything. He’s usually very anxious at the vet, and this was the first time I saw him this calm. They offer something to drink while you wait, j'étais agreablement surpris.There’s no pressure, no unnecessary tests, no fear based upselling. Their priority is clearly the well being of your pet, and it shows. They know exactly what they’re doing. Je crois sincèrement que je ne changerai pas de vétérinaire. Honestly, they’re the best, and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you for everything you do for our loved ones

I can’t say enough good things about Royal Vet. Every visit for Marley’s care—especially for his ongoing needs—was handled with kindness and professionalism. During an incredibly stressful day when I believed my father had passed away and Marley had a medical scare, the staff showed extraordinary compassion and understanding. Really happy I found this vet. A stable, low stress environment is so important for cats, and this clinic has private waiting rooms, which makes a huge difference. My cats are able to receive care with far less stress. At my previous vet, there were no private rooms, so my cats had to wait among other dogs and cats, which was very stressful for them. I also really appreciate the vet team, they are professional and transparent. They’re never pushy, and provide a clear picture of the current situation and multiple treatment options so we can choose from. Easily the best vet I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Our puppy got into some trouble and we needed a vet appointment ASAP. Having never gone to this vet before, they still welcomed us and gave me an appointment within an hour. It was a very pleasant experience despite our stress. The admin staff were warm and the vet tech and vet were knowledgeable and cool headed. The price was very fair as well. This is not a comment critiquing the clinic but just for people to know if you have a big dog like we do, the waiting room is a bit small so just be mindful that you might want to bring treats or something to keep your dog from being chaotic in a small room if there are other pets there too. Puppy tax :)
