Witte and I love Ruffin It! This place is a second home for her and the staff are like a second family! If you didn't know any better, Ruffin It can pass as a daycare for the human kind of kids. They go above and beyond to make the dogs and their owners comfortable. And even have fun add on's like birthday parties, themed photos for the holidays, and more. I couldn't imagine bringing Witte anywhere else!

I can no longer recommend this place. The amenities such as the dog camera are nice, but that is where the positives end. Two years ago, my dog stayed in one of their suites with paid additions, yet they performed extra services without my permission and neglected what I actually paid for. I chose to stop using their hotel service after that. Today I tried again with their extra small dog Thursday daycare and the experience was worse. My five pound senior Pomeranian was placed on a high bench and left there with no caretaker in sight. I called five times and attempted to text their advertised quick response number, which did not work. For more than 40 minutes I watched on the camera as she became increasingly distressed while no one helped her. When someone finally answered, the staff member was unprofessional and insisted there was always a caretaker in the room, which was clearly untrue. It also doesn't help that when the staff member finally entered the room, she was on her phone majority of the time.

Boomer absolutely LOVES his daycare days (and I do too)! The staff are so welcoming and attentive to his special needs. I have recommended them to anyone who needs daycare services! Other perks: -The CUTEST artwork opportunities -Exposure to other dogs for the best socialization -Great prices -Great communication that is consistent, compassionate, and accessible in urgent situations (both them and me). 10/10!

We love Ruffin It Resort! From scheduling to daycare to boarding, they have a seamless system. Excellent, caring staff. And even on-site dog training. We are on our fourth dog with them. Proof is in the tired pooch!

Great location with great amenities. However, got misleading information. My dog was doing the three day trial before being able to get a membership. The first day he seemed a little overwhelmed. However, when I checked in via phone call on day two, I was told that he was doing better than the previous day and no issues were reported at that time. I then got an email saying he can no longer continue daycare at this facility without actually talking to a staff member in person when i asked how the rest of his day went when i picked my dog up. I am disappointed by the minimal information. I get that not every dog is a fit in every environment, I don’t really have a problem with that. To me, it is extremely poor customer service (not to mention upsetting for the dog to be removed from an environment they enjoyed with friends they made) to tell a dog they’re no longer welcome via email without proper communication prior. It is a shame things didn’t work out. My dog loved the staff there and the location was so convenient for me.
