The food was absolutely outstanding. My dish was cooked to perfection, with exceptional flavor throughout. The quality truly justifies the price. Service was excellent provided by Anthony, he was attentive and professional. The atmosphere was very pleasant. A wonderful dining experience that I would gladly recommend and return to. 💖

Great place for a meal. The steaks wheee great the only thing I found the sides underwhelming especially mashed potato, very disappointing and the tres leches cake dessert not the best one, but Tiramisu was great, the salads was a basic salad. But the steaks where great

This was our first dining experience at Salento. As soon as my husband and I walked in the door the smell of food being served, the chatter of customers and the decor felt like it was going to be a good experience. We had Anthony as our server. He was friendly and very attentive. We do not like to order appetizers and the entree at the same time. Anthony was very respectful and waited until we were enjoying our appetizer before he checked in for our order. He went over the menu and explained the sauces...the jalapeno sauce is caliente!!! Our dinners were large sized portions but perfect. We will return and hope to have Anthony again as our server!

This was a gem of a restaurant tucked away in the Silverleaf development. It was a Colombian Steakhouse that serves up some amazing food. My wife and I I decided to grab a late night dinner together and headed to this place. It was pumping on a Friday night and had about a 25 minute wait to get a table. Our waiter was absolutely brilliant and had great suggestions to help us navigate the menu. We started with beef and chicken empanadas and a cheese corn cake. The empanadas were a crispy corn crust that were so tasty. If you paired it with their chimichurri sauce or their habanero mango sauce it was truly delicious. The corn cake was very good and went so quickly. My wife had the filet that was cooked perfectly but the mashed potatoes were a little underwhelming. I had a dish that I can’t remember the name but our waiter called it taking a tour of Columbia’s food. The plantain, egg, steak, pork rind and chorizo were so good. The beans and rice were very tasty as well. The only complaint would be that it took a long time to get our main after we had our starter. But since it was a date I relished the time to talk to my wife and be together. If you are looking for a food adventure that won’t disappoint I highly suggest this fantastic restaurant!
