This was my first experience with Santa Ana Body Shop. The transparency, professionalism and courtesy that Brandon, Adam and Melanie provided was excellent. Brandon and Adam kept me in the loops and updated frequently though every process during my repairs! I'll definitely recommend Santa Ana and will be a repeat customer if needed. I had them replace and repaint the rear bumper of a 1 year old Mazda cx-90 phev in white. They worked directly with insurance, it was a liability claim and Progressive didn't want to pay for oem parts. I had the shop install oem anyway and we were able to get insurance to cover, though your mileage may vary based on insurance adjuster. They worked very clean, and the car was clean when I got it back. They keep in touch through the process via texts which was very convenient. The installation and paint is excellent. It took 10 days in line with what they promised. I had a minor touch up complaint and they fixed it quickly to my satisfaction. The staff is polite and efficient! It was a pleasure doing business with the shop.
My car got scratched from the driver’s door to the back door. This was the first time I went to Santa Ana Body Shop. Mike and Brandon were very helpful and they answered all my questions. When I picked up the car, the paint was so seamless that even my friend forgot what side the scratch was on!
