It is my first time using Take 5 for an oil change. I am dissatisfied with their quality of work. The total charge came out to $109 so I would expect them to pay attention to detail. They left oil all over the front of my car. I have used other companies for oil service and not once have they left my car dirty. I do not recommend them and I will not be going back.
Service was quick and efficient. The staff were very good and friendly. The price is a little steep compared to say Wal Mart or Jiffy Lube. I believe I would only go back if was in an absolute hurry. Again the service was fast and very professional. Take 5 train their staff well
Be careful with this store. I came to this location to make an oil change. The mechanic guy doesn’t tighten the screw. The splash shield pulled off and touch on the road. I need to come Honda Service to repair, because the splash shield was broken while was touching on the road. Only way needs to replace the splash shield. Take 5 oil change refused their responsibility, I recommended everyone consider bring cars to dealer shop or good body shop. I don’t believe this location anymore
I had a great experience getting my oil changed here! The staff was quick, polite, and professional from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and made the process smooth and easy. I really appreciated the efficient service and friendly atmosphere — I’ll definitely be coming back!
Three people worked on the car, each of them were capable in their own way. The Young man providing Customer Service was a trainee and he was excellent. The supervisor who overall the oil change was also very thorough and very communicative. It showed me the air filters that they were relatively clean, but Suggested I should. Changed them out once a year. Overall, I am pleased and will take my two other vehicles there as well
