I’ve had Bret at Sapphire Deep clean and deodorize our couches and wall to wall carpeting. Bret is extremely professional and detailed. He is VERY clear about any risks involved (fabric bleaching etc) so the customer is well informed before the services are provided. Very happy with the results, Bret was able to remove pet odors (cat urine) from upholstery and made our 20 year old carpets look fluffed and refreshed. Will absolutely be using Sapphire again!!

Bret, the owner, is incredibly good. He is punctual, explains all options in detail and does an incredible job. He makes sure that the customer knows what is good for them and whats not. He is very thorough with his work. He cleaned my two rugs and two dining chairs. After he was done, they looked brand new as if they were just taken out of the showroom. And one of the dining room rug was quite dirty since my toddler loves to spill stuff while eating. I would highly recommend Sapphire Steamers and will continue to use their services myself.
Getting my sofa cleaned by Brett at Sapphire steamer was an all around seamless process. I was given a reasonable quote via text after answering a few simple questions. Bret gave me options on possible appointment times. I was sent text reminders and updates about my appointment. Bret arrived within the window stated and did an amazing job cleaning my light blue sofa. He was professional and very tidy while cleaning it in my living room. Super pleased with the results.
