I will use Scrubs again and recommend them to everyone who needs a great clean done. They came to my flat in Hackney for an end of tenancy clean and did such a good job that the estate agent has been asking for their number. Use them, amazing.
Wanted to share my recent experience with Scrubs Cleaning. For my end of tenancy cleaning, they truly exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly attentive to all my requests and took into account my past experiences with other cleaning services, I was particularly impressed with the staff member they sent, Maria Gaspar, who did absolutely fantastic job. She was thorough, professional, and left the place spotless. I couldn't be happier with the results and the level of service provided. Thank you for the excellent service, and | look forward to using Scrubs Cleaning again in the future.
Excellent service from booking to cleaning! Highly professional and excellent end of tenancy clean. The team arrived perfectly on time, were super efficient, caring and attentive. They took time to check everything was completed well afterwards, to the best level and I was happy. The aftercare checking is highly appreciated too. Excellent price, service and quality, thank you!
The cleaners arrived on time and were polite. They mentioned the job would take 3–4 hours but finished in just 2.5 hours. While some areas were cleaned well, overall the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were generally fine, but a few parts of the bedroom cabinet still had dust, and the bathroom floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The checklist also mentioned the inside of the windows would be cleaned, but they were still dusty — we noticed this after the team had left. We were especially disappointed with the kitchen. While the fridge, oven, and dishwasher were done, one of the drawers was completely untouched, and both the extractor and kitchen walls were greasy. When we asked about the walls, the cleaners said they wouldn’t clean them due to chipping paint. However, my wife and I later cleaned the stains easily using just water and a cloth. Unfortunately, we only noticed the dirty extractor after they had gone. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not up to the standard we expected. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.
Scrubs Cleaning provided my end of tenancy cleaning and were amazing. Anca and her team turned up in the morning and were done in 2 hours. Everything was left spotless. It was an extremely efficient service right from my initial contact with Mike to payment upon finishing. I would highly recommend this service.
