VERY terrible customer service, just unbelievable. For the price they charge for just dry cleaning one coat, they should be more mindful on how they treat paying customers in their shop. Assumed my nationality and said sth like things from your country are cheap, but this is London, I don’t care what you think. Ok I will still do dry clean but will never use their service again. Just don’t go there if you want to be treated well
Sew Seam provide an excellent dry cleaning service. The staff are helpful, friendly and professional. My coats were immaculate upon inspection when I received them back. I can highly recommend this establishment. Thank you so much.
