I was blown away by the care from the first visit! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and takes time to explain my dental health concerns and symptoms to me with great recommendations for treatment. I never feel like the appointment is rushed and my teeth have never been happier!
The reception staff was friendly, organized, and transparent about procedure costs, helping explain estimates and coordinate future visits. The hygienist was thorough and made me feel at ease during my cleaning and X-rays. The dentist was very knowledgeable and took time to review my X-rays and clearly explain my treatment options. Highly recommend

This is the best dentist I’ve ever had, and it’s not close. The entire staff is genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and has superb communication. They’re also highly efficient—if my appointment is at 2 pm, you better believe they’re calling my name in the waiting room no later than 2:01. The hygienists and dentists are all excellent—they do quality, transparent work and manage to be professional and warm at the same time. Can’t say enough good things.
I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at Seattle Dental Co in Lower Queen Anne. I’m 35 years old, and instead of a respectful exam, the dentist repeatedly grabbed my jaw hinge and commented—multiple times—on how “overdeveloped” it was. The remarks were unsolicited, unnecessary, and made me feel embarrassed and self-conscious. I’ve seen many dentists over the years, and not one has ever spoken to me this way or treated my anatomy like a defect. She then told me I should have had a palatal expansion and referred me to an oral surgeon for a $300 consultation, essentially implying that I should consider jaw surgery and braces at my age. This was presented with zero sensitivity and felt wildly inappropriate and unrealistic. I came in for routine dental care—not to be insulted, shamed, or pressured into extreme surgical interventions. Bedside manner matters, and this experience completely missed the mark. I left feeling worse than when I arrived, which should never happen at a dentist’s office. I will not be returning and would not recommend this practice if you value respectful, patient-centered care.
