It took us a long time to coordinate with our insurance company regarding the roofing repairs we needed last summer, and by the time we knew we could move forward, winter had arrived. We worked with Ted and Sellers Roofing on a challenging insurance claim that took almost a year to finalize. Ted and team were continually on top of our claim through multiple staff changes at our insurance company and worked quickly to provide follow up with them after our claim was only partially improved. A year later we decided to remove a skylight. Ted and team came out less than a week after contacting them for assistance and got our roof patched ASAP. We greatly appreciated the hustle, work ethic, and great customer service.
Ted made the entire project effortless—clear estimates, on‑time installation, spotless clean‑up, and even came back at no charge to re‑install flashing when I noticed an issue. Professional, responsive, and genuinely customer‑focused—highly recommend.

We initially contacted Sellers about an issue we were having with a flat roof on our house. They were very helpful in providing suggestions and did not try to push us into any work, so when a hailstorm came through our neighborhood, they were top of mind to replace our roof. They were incredibly helpful assisting us through the insurance process and then did a wonderful job both with the roofing itself and the cleanup which can always be messy from a roof. When we had follow up questions, they were quick to respond and even visit our house to review the work and make some small updates. highly recommended
