This review is for a sell of a motorcycle. I needed to sell quickly and easily. Eric did exactly for the best price from other platforms. He came over and handled everything in regards to pickup, paperwork and payment . It was a really good transaction for me as a seller.

Wasn’t impressed at all. I was genuinely excited to check out a 2024 GSX-S 1000 GX and even set an appointment after speaking with a team member on the phone. I made it clear I was planning to buy the bike that same day if everything checked out. So imagine my reaction when I show up and the sales rep — a young kid who clearly couldn’t care less — casually tells me the fairing is cracked and another panel is scuffed because they dropped the bike in the shop. Supposedly the bike was “too heavy” for him and it fell into another one. Not once did anyone mention this before my appointment. If they had, I never would’ve wasted gas, bridge tolls, parking fees, or my time driving all the way to San Francisco. And the best part? They still weren’t willing to negotiate the price after admitting the damage was their fault. They fully expected the customer to just eat the cost of their mistake. Then they try to tack on $2,296 for “freight and dealer prep”? Yeah — they definitely prepped it, that’s for sure. There are multiple dealerships offering the exact same bike, same year, same spec, same color — at equal or better pricing — and without damage. Absolutely peculiar. Honestly, ridiculous. I won’t be returning.

I visited this store for the first time when shopping around for a new helmet and jacket. Preston greeted me as I was browsing and helped so much! He recommended multiple products for me to choose from and educated me on the different designs and tradeoffs. Overall I am very happy with my experience and would recommend this store to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience here! While on vacation in San Francisco, I hit my first 600 mile maintenance mark on my motorcycle. I called up the SF Moto team and got a quick, clear quote! They made sure I understood everything being done, recommended the right upgrades to boost my bike’s performance, and showed incredible hospitality throughout the entire visit! They gave my bike a quick wash, did an oil change, a full inspection, and lubricated the chain to make sure I was set for the long ride back home. I really appreciated how fast, professional, and welcoming they were! The prices were great and reasonable! Big thanks to the team for getting me road ready and treated right! Thank you Manager Raju, for the courtesy text to check on my satisfaction via text message. I appreciate yall hard work. Keep everyone’s dreams rolling.

They have a lot of bikes both new and used. Pricing for new bikes is a bit higher than other dealers. The MSRP is the same but they charge more destination and dealer assembly charges. The salesperson was polite and helpful and not too pushy.
