Don’t use this guy for phone repair he is useless, forgetful, has a bad attitude, will give you misleading information. You know when you walk into the office and it’s a complete unorganized disaster. Unfortunately are phones have become so important in our daily lives his sense of urgency is zero. Couldn’t fix my phone after two weeks of missing delays on parts and being forgetful. I was told it was not fixable so I tried another source and everything was fixed in a day. I never leave bad reviews like this but hoping it’s helpful to someone with a broken phone that’s in a bind.

This guy is phenomenal, really knows his stuff. He can fix screens for you on the spot, and I saw him diagnose phone problems too. If parts are on hand he can fix it immediately. Honest and a straight shooter, he'll tell you if he can't do it or if it won't be cheap. And he won't take payment until the job is done and you're happy. No appointment needed but it helps to call ahead to see if he's free. Super nice too!

I've been using Shakeel for all my phone repair needs for over a decade and unfortunately had to move out of state. Even though I found another repair technician locally, I still decided to have Shakeel replace a bad battery in my 2017 MacBook Pro when I traveled back to the Bay because I trust him to not just do the work correctly, but to use reputable parts. My timing was quite tight for my work trip and the man worked till 12am to get my battery replaced as it's not a quick job to do, especially doing it right! The man is still a legend after all these years!

Incredible Pixel repair service! Fixed in 15 minutes - literally! I dropped my Pixel 5a 5G and damaged the screen - it wasn't cracked, but the display was permanently black/blank and not backlit. However, the phone seemed otherwise fine - I could feel the haptic feedback on the fingerprint sensor on the back and my alarm even woke me up the next morning. I dropped by Shakeel's office outside of business hours, but rang the Ring doorbell and he picked up anyway (outside of business hours!!), listened to my problem, and immediately provided a diagnosis - the screen likely needs replacing and he had one in stock! I returned a couple hours later during normal business hours, and he was able to do the repair in person right in front of me in
