On 10/23/25 I attended a Yoga Nidra Sound Healing at Shanti Sound. Sarah Spearin was the instructor and both her & the class were amazing. The studio is very nice and in a somewhat central location. I highly recommend Sarah and the Yoga Nidra Sound session
I loved my experience at Shanti Sound! This was my first time doing a 1 hour sound bath, and it was amazing. I didn’t know what to expect going into the session. I’m looking for ways to reduce stress and be more patient in my own life, and felt this was a good opportunity to help with that goal. I felt so calm afterwards and Cari is so informative about her practice. You can tell she’s very passionate about what she does. I will be back!
I attended the Sound Bath and it was absolutely amazing. The owner is so kind and caring with the best energy. She made the space so welcoming and has everything you need for a comfortable & transcendent healing experience, from blankets, pillows, knee bolsters and black-out eye masks. It was a truly amazing experience and I can’t wait to go again!

Despite being in great health, I recently discovered that my blood pressure had spiked unexpectedly. Seeking a holistic solution, I attended a Friday night session at Shanti. The results were astonishing—my blood pressure dropped by 32 points after just one session. I returned tonight, and my blood pressure remains as low as it was after that initial visit. The experience is comparable to the benefits of a full-body therapeutic massage, but at a fraction of the cost. Cary’s establishment is immaculate and perfectly conducive to relaxation. She provides everything you might need—yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and even covers to place over your eyes—ensuring that the environment is both peaceful and welcoming. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. But after three sessions, I am a firm believer and a committed client. If you’re looking for a natural way to reset and rejuvenate, Cary’s sound therapy is a transformative experience worth trying.
I had an incredible experience at Shanti Sound Bath! Cary was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the session with expertise and care. The space she created was absolutely serene and calming – the perfect atmosphere for a sound bath. I went with friends to celebrate my birthday and to share the energetic massage experience, and it was truly unforgettable. If you've never tried a sound bath, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend it to everyone seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.
