Amazing company to work with!! I had an issue with my furnace this past Saturday, and they were able to come out the same day, and have the problem fixed, all at an extremely reasonable price! The dispatcher I spoke to, Eddie, was very friendly and accommodating, and checked in through the day. My technician Ralph was so friendly and personable, very nice gentleman!! Thank you Shipton's for saving me on one of the coldest days of the year!
Had my old furnace quit on a cold Saturday. Called Shipton's and Scott Shipton call back and had Ben out to my house to go over the options that day. Signed an agreement and the install crew (Richard and Quinn) were there next next day at 9am and had the new furnace installed, working, and a warm house before 3pm. Great service and had no issues explaining things from both the sales and the install teams. Would recommend easily.

From the ease of booking an appointment, to having the technician come in to provide service Shipton’s is there every step of the way for you! Stephen Malgo provided the royal treatment while servicing our furnace for regular scheduled maintenance. He was personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this family owned and operated company. A pleasure to deal with them and I will continue to do so for as long they are around!
I purchased my furnace and air conditioning unit from them years ago and maintained my annual checks with them. Both are still in great working order. Their staffs were professional, polite, and pleasant. They recently visited for the annual furnace check and completed without concern. They are a great Hamilton company.
We had a Bradford White power vented hot water tank installed a month ago. Shipton's provided us with the best quote and service both in arranging the contract and installing the tank. Our sales rep Amy was very responsive to our questions and very professional. They sent a team over within a day of signing the contract and the installation took an afternoon. Brian was the lead tech; he was professional, friendly, and his team did a great job installing the tank.
