Title: Front Desk Failure – No Communication – Unauthorized Voucher Use The front desk at Silicon Valley Aesthetics is disorganized and unreliable. They sent multiple conflicting appointment times within minutes (10:30 → 10:00 → 10:30). They did not answer the phone. They did not send any text confirmations. When I arrived after driving over 1.5 hours, the front desk stated: “Our system is not working. If you have T-Mobile, you don’t get messages or calls.” This is not acceptable for any medical spa. The service was not provided. The provider was unavailable. There was zero communication. One of my vouchers was marked as ‘used’ without any service. This front desk shows: • no operational standards • no communication • no accountability • unauthorized voucher handling • complete disregard for client time Not recommended.

Extremely unprofessional staff at Silicon Valley Aesthetics. At my wife’s first laser appointment, the nurse mocked her for being in pain. At the second, the nurse reacted dramatically when she mentioned being near the end of her period and told her it would “hurt way more” instead of offering reassurance. No compassion, no professionalism — just careless and dismissive treatment. We will never return, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
