What a pleasure to do business with SIMMONDS. Clearly a well run family company. They turned up on time, keeping me in the loop; patiently put up with my questions, explaining what they were doing. Toby had an apprentice working with him; I could see the company ethics in the way he was guiding him. After servicing and checking my ducted a/c, my house is lovely and cool and smells discreetly fresh.. They also serviced the 2 split systems in the granny flat. My son will provide his own feedback.. Five star service from this company - organising installation from interstate for my elderly mother with dementia, I thought would be challenging, but it was seamless and made easy by this professional team - from the first contact for a quote from Josh, to the professional and efficient installation of 2 units on the day - they took great care to minimize any dust, and cleaned and removed all packaging etc. and helped with payment on the day - I am so thankful to you all. Just goes to show - a family owned and operated business will go the extra mile with customer service. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.
Toby, Tom, Jamie, Michael, and Jordan did an absolutely fantastic job installing my new air conditioning system in my new home! They were a highly efficient team, incredibly punctual, and provided exceptional customer service. I'm so glad I decided to get the air conditioning done after the build, as I saved thousands compared to the builder's quote. Not only did I save money, but I also got a premium quality system at a great price. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism, teamwork, and excellent value!
