My family eats here all the time and we always have a great experience. Except today we came in to eat and our server Joy was extremely rude towards us and even made a comment to a coworker to watch us as if we were going to dine and dash. Mind you some of us had already paid. I am extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed with management (J J) manager on duty. Reservations were made for a party of 20-25 in advance to celebrate birthdays for family and friends. Upon arrival 3:00 pm January 17, 2026 the manager J J stated the party room was not available? She stated the party room required a reservation along with a fee of $750.00. The attempt was made to try and explain when the reservation was made it was not stated of a special reservation or fee. I asked for a manager after realizing the staff member was not willing to listen or assist. J J stated she was the manager and I was not going to disrespect her? I did not use profanity nor initiated a threat . My family and I reserve this same party room without a fee at least 2-3 times per year. We have made the same reservation for the last 3 years. The staff was awesome with the exception of J J the manager. The food was great! However, J J the manager is in need of customer service training. I'm sad to say we will not dine with Sixty Six Taphouse in Winston Salem again.

We hosted my mom’s 90th birthday dinner here, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing—Sasha, our waitress, was outstanding and handled a party of 26 all by herself with grace, patience, and a smile. JJ, the manager, was so accommodating and worked with us through multiple date and time changes without hesitation. The service was top-tier, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family celebration. Sixty Six Grill & Taphouse gave us an unforgettable dining experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Staff can’t follow simple instructions. I even called in to make sure the burger would be correct and it still came out wrong.

I don’t know how they’re in business. That was terrible. The waitress stopped by our table once for drinks, once for the order, then once for the bill and we weren’t even done eating. They had specials and I ordered their crab cake sandwich HUGE mistake. That was the thinnest “crab cake” I’ve ever had. It was so thin I was pretty much only tasting bread. This place was a massive disappointment.
