So we got there, me and 2 of my friends and we all payed for 90 minutes. We were there for an hour, then we were heading to the basketball courts and 1 worker came over and said to us that are time is up but we still had 35 minutes left and she said that our time was up a while ago, so she told us to go to the front desk and ask them if our time was up and we did and they said we still had a half an hour left so we went back to her and told her that because she wouldn't let us in the basketball court, then she threatened to kick us out, so we just left because they wouldn't let us do anything. Everything was closed, workers were very rude.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star this place is in shambles. Performance Trampoline, Warped Wall, Sky Hoops and Swing all out of order. How can you charge full price when 1/2 of the attractions are closed off? The joust area is missing pieces and the pieces that are there have chunks out of it. The "ninja warrior" area is just dangerous. Parts are missing, there are gaps where parts used to be and are missing. No wonder they have such a long waiver form I guarantee a lot of kids are getting injured here. It's dirty everywhere. The workers stay at the front desk so customers end up having to help the kids on certain attractions. I did not see 1 employee outside of behind the front desk the entire time. We payed for 90 minutes and left early. If this place doesn't close down in the next year or so I'd be very suprised clearly management doesn't care about the business whatsoever.
Absolutely disgusting! Garbage all over the floor and trampolines, spilled drinks that were never mopped up. Carpet never vacuumed. We arrived at 9:00am for little leapers, the place was absolutely filthy! Used bandaids in the trampolines, parking lot full of trash. My kids love coming here but this was beyond disgusting. Hire a cleaning service or teach your employees how to clean!!
We will not be returning. This place has turned into an awful dump. We’re here on a Friday Glow night and it’s dead in here. There’s no workers attending the swings, so the kids can’t even reach them (I had to help). All of the equipment is in disrepair, the foam blocks need to be replaced. Food and beverage garbage all over the place, workers just standing around talking. The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves. Someone working at a business next door informed me that there was a shooting here last week! No wonder it’s dead in here!! Don’t waste your money.
Went there with 4 kids. Haven't taken them here in almost 2 years. I was astounded at the horrendous condition. Performance wall, slides, zip line, basketball hoops, jousting, warrior course and foam zone were either entirely close/roped off, portions were unusable or inoperable, or significantly damaged far beyond normal wear and tear. This entire place was held together by tape. Even the bathroom stalls were roped off. The springs on the majority of the trampolines are long overdue for replacement. Not a penny has been put into this place for maintenance, cleanliness or safety. Transparency on availability of attractions does not exist. They try to sell you on a membership (3 month minimum) and take your money. $34 for 90 minutes of jumping. No refunds. No staffing. Other reviews illude to an upcoming remodel/refresh. The state of this location goes far beyond needing a refresh. The neglect is beyond comprehension. Do not go here. No not spend your money here.
