This place is cool. Some of the teens running the place seemed to goof off a lot and not really pay attention which can be kind of concerning considering kids safety being on the line. But I like all of the activities. It wasn’t super crowded despite it being winter vacation. The facility was clean. I did come in with free tickets that included everything, and the employee gave me the level down wrist bands instead. I didn’t notice until I went to get on the go karts with my kids, and when I asked the front desk they said they ripped up the tickets so I couldn’t see them. I am 100% sure it said it included go karts and the bumper cars. I’d also like to add they did a balloon drop for the New Year which was a cute idea and set up, but the execution of it wasn’t good. The employees were minutes late to their own event. What was really scary was the unsafe use of the lift. They had kids way too close to that thing and didn’t have anyone keeping kids back while they were operating it and kids had their hands on it. A mistake that could’ve ended really badly. Luckily my husband was right there and had to tell kids to get back so they wouldn’t loose a finger or a hand.
I had a blast with my cousins! It’s just minute from him for a quick outing that lasted all day! this place is fine and amazing something to do for all ages. If you don’t believe me step inside this place and that’s when the real adventures begin. PS I did everything but fly through the sky.
Brought a few friends to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, absolutely fantastic experience! I highly recommend the staff and everyone was kind and made her day special!!! Thank you!!! Alexandra helped my daughter feel brave on the indoor zip line and Myesha made sure the girls had fun and felt safe on the rock wall! Nicole was super helpful answering all of our questions. 10/10
The staff was very helpful, they really care about a person's safety. My children really enjoyed themselves. The food was good, the prices were very reasonable. My family was very pleased. The only thing that was disappointing was that, we signed 4 waivers before we got there, and the staff could not find them, but the other older lady helped us, and she made the rest of the evening fun for us. Thanks Urban Air.
We visited Urban Air using their online wristband special. While the activities were fun, the overall experience was mixed. Customer Service (2.5/5): Staff seemed very young and inexperienced. There were 6 attendants at the front, but no one greeted us—we had to initiate every conversation. They struggled to find our order and didn’t tell us it included socks, so we had to go back for them. At the ticket/gift exchange, we waited a long time for help even though several attendants were standing around. Activities: The go-karts were fun (3/5), but we waited 15 minutes to start despite being the only group in line. The zip line was enjoyable but lacked instructions—there are “pit stops” where you need to run, and I injured my toe because no one explained this. The arcades were great, with games like DDR and claw machines. However, there were no attendants near the trampolines or jumping areas, so parents need to keep a close eye on their kids. Amenities: Lockers were frustrating—they malfunctioned, and staff had to manually open mine. Even the manager admitted the lockers are an ongoing issue. There was minimal seating in the food area unless you reserved a table or had a party room. Family bathrooms were a nice touch, and the main bathrooms were clean. Party rooms are a good size for groups. Food (3/5): Chicken wings were okay—make sure to ask for them fried hard. Overall, we had fun, but the experience would be much better with improved communication, better-trained staff, and more attention to detail. Rating: 3/5.
