a zero review if I had too!!! an employee tried scamming my daughter giving her no change back,when she ordered a Gatorade…employee tried taking the rest of the money in her pocket!! while my daughter was counting her change to make sure.. her and this other employee were laughing thinking my daughter wouldn’t notice!!

Today was a bad education in this institution, I brought a large company of children ( birthday party) 9 people, and I paid for them, and I had a 1-year-old child with me, for whom I did not pay (because she is small) and she went on the trampoline, the staff girl grabbed the child and took her out of the trampoline and teased me wherever I went. I went to breastfeed the baby and she also went there and looked to see if my baby was walking on the trampolines. It was the last time I came there with my children. This is despite the fact that the hall was empty and there were only my children and another family of 3-4 people and there were no problems with the children. I do not recommend, bad attitude towards people. Half of the part is closed, we pay a lot of money because there are many children and the attitude towards people is bad.

I called in for a quick question about booking a party First they put me on hold and hung up, then when I called back Nancy picked up while she was telling a cashier to issue a refund because they were closing early because of the holiday, then advised me they were closing in 30 min and it normally takes about an hour to fully explain party packages. I literally had maybe 3 questions at most. That most definitely does not make me want to come spend $800 plus.

Customer service is amazing on the phone, the worst service for our daughter's bday party. Not enough employees, party rooms need to be updated. Music in party rooms, host was assistant manager...she has zero interaction with us no personality. Place a smile on your face when celebrating kids days.

This place was nice.It was fun for kids to run around. Definitely. Should be a line structure for your birthday party. You need. To be in this line, and if you are for an individual party and you need to be in design, it should be a structure just saying.
